Films and projects
Below are films and projects, I have created or been apart of through my three years at University for the Creative Arts.
Highlighting my skills within the film production over the last three years
Rapture 2025 Project
Story
A old fragile man becomes a village celebrity overnight when he spots a UFO, complicating his lifelong marriage which leads down a dark and mystery discovery.
My role involved sound recording and Sound design for this project. I used Pro Tools and Avid Sound desk for the final sound mix.
Youth on Fire
I worked as the camera operator for this Youth on Fire project. We had a person with the right connection into the Just Stop Oil Group which allowed us to film under particular rules.
Most of the content and interviews are handheld as it was on the go filming for four days.
Arrogate
Short Film - VR Production
This Provided me with the opportunity to film in the VR Production space.
My role was lighting but it was a group effort as we all were learning how to film on the VR productions studio and we had the chance to be creative with set building and the mise en scene of the set.
Experimental Film
Story
An experimental film around life and death, how every part of life is connected to death and a cycle of life begins and end.
I directed and used a Blackmagic camera for filming. this took around one day of filming and week of editing before finalising the final edit.
Bread & Circuses
Year 2 Final major Project
My role within this production was Gaffer in control of the lighting, I was responsible for the lighting and setting up and moving lights for the detectors vision.
Oxy
Short Film
I helped as lighting department and acted as a runner for one day on Oxy.
This was my first time as acting as the lighting department, which made this day hard but affective to my skills which I learnt more on the go through the day.
University year 1
Short film - About Story
This creative short film was my first piece of work at university. it began as a test for us students about creating a story from start to finish. Me and my group had only five hours to create this short film and edit it.
I edited and acted as an actor. I also had the creative control within this story with a lot of input of story but it was a group effort
